There are some people your path will cross just one time and you will never see that person or have that kindness opportunity again. It could be as simple as a smile, kind word, or opening a door. Kindness starts with a thought. We have choices enter our mind everyday to be kind or nasty. Choose Kindness not because we have to, but because we want to. Kindness creates ripple affects and the more kind acts carried out the more kindness ripples will be created by inspriing others to engage in acts of Kindness. You may carry out an act of kindness for someone you will never see again, but that one kind act could be life changing and will start a ripple.

Being kind in not an act, it’s a way of life and is always a choice. The more conditioned we are to respond with kindness, the more natural it becomes. Join us today in carrying out the kindness movement! Our future and our happiness depends upon it.
